Ol' MacDonald Had a Farm

Hi Family Farmers! We just closed the name giving contest for Family Farm's old man. Here at the developer's desks, we always called him "the Old Man", but that changes today.

We are amazed by the number of participants in this contest! In just 20 hours time, almost 750 Family Farmers took the trouble of entering a name. If you missed it: check the names here for yourself - we wish you a good few hours of reading all of them! :-)

In all these hundreds and hundreds of names, there was one that just was impossible  to ignore. If you have an old man on your farm - especially when he is the one introducing you to the game in the tutorial - there is only one name possible. Dear Family Farmers, meet Ol' MacDonald!
