Know Issue: Captcha Security Code

Hi farmers. Upon sharing an achievement or accomplishment in Family Farm with your friends on Facebook, a number of you is now prompted to enter a security code. This is a Captcha code, consisting of some numbers or letters, that you have to enter to confirm that you are a real person, and not a spambot of some kind.

According to reports from our players, this problem has come up in Family Farm since yesterday. We are aware of the problem and are investigating it.

So far, the conclusion is that this seems to occur with people who have many Facebook friends. The Captcha is prompted not by the game itself, but by Facebook. Therefore, it is impossible for us to fix this ourselves.

We advice farmers who experience this problem, to contact Facebook about this. We will try to do that too. In the meantime, the only advice that we can give is, not to publish anything for the time being (or keep entering the Captcha security codes).

We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep working diligently to find a solution.

    I cannot find anywhere to post a question so I'm posting here...
    I loggedon twice this morning and my cheese maker machine is gone.
    Everything else is fine, just no cheese maker.
    How do I get it back?

    Okay, clearly you are having issues with the game because I just went back to my farm and now plots are missing! GRRR

    I am having trouble with sending out gift requests and even accepting gifts. Are you all having problems with this? When will it be fixed?

    Oh; and if anyone needs neighbors that play daily and fertilizes farms and sends out gifts daily; look me up.

    i just purchase winemaker (A GOAL )with rc cash, it checked it off,but still no WINEMAKER!!!!!!!plus i went back ,click on goal to do, and it took my other 2 RC cash!!!!GRRRR, it double charged ME !!! and still no winemaker,to make the 2 bottles wine request .
    MY WINEMAKER IS PAYED FOR!!!!!!! where the heck is it?????

      Easy now. There is actually no Winemaker that costs RC; you can buy the Winemaker for coins.

      What has been happening is - I strongly suspect - that you have been clicking the Skip button. This is the button for those that choose NOT to do this mission, but still want to go to the next mission. You also get the mission's reward if you skip this way... but since you don't do the mission, you don't get the Winemaker in this case.

      If you go to your farm screen, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the web page, you will see there is a link on the left to Contact the Developers. If you click this, enter a valid mail address and tick the box to let us know who you are, we can still give you the RC back.

    Yes this has started today, its really annoying, obviously FB thinks we are spamming and its not recognising it as a Game app and that spamming or posting is part of it-I hope it stops soon as I cannot read the captchas very well sometimes.
