The game doesn’t load well or doesn’t load at all


The following things may help.
  • Clear cache and cookies of your computer. How to do this, is described on this page:  https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=185360664848864
  • Change your browser.
  • Check your internet connection.
  • Reset your router.
  • Make sure you have the most recent version of your browser and Flash Player.
  • Use a different computer if possible.
  • Close all uploads, downloads or programs other than the ones used to play the game.
  • Don’t use the scene called “Snowing”.
  • Don’t make your farm too big.

  1. I'm curious.. you state "change your browser". Are you saying that if this application continues to glitch in Chrome that its play in FF or dont play at all? Or are you working on fixing the Chrome glitch. I have recently started spending money in your app. but I will quickly stop if I'm not going to be able to play. FF runs horrible on my computer and I use CHROME because it functions well. I am not looking to use FF just to play your app and I will absolutely NOT use EI. Please update. Thank you - Mary H.

    FF is supposed to work on all browsers, Firefox and Chrome are supposed to be the best ones.

    If you have tried all the suggestions in this posting, but still experience the same problem, please let us know. Contact us through the link to Contact the Developers, on the bottom of the game page (this will load even if the game itself does not).

    It may be a good idea to still try if you have the same problems when you use Firefox or IE. For knowing this can help our engineers fix the problem you are having.

    1. I use FF and haven't been able to play in about a year. Miss it so much. I tried a reboot of my Flash drive, too. I do have a big farm (bought almost every plot) - but my PC is big and over a TB of hard drive and a big memory, too.

      Not sure what's going on...

  3. I CAN'T PLAY!!!! MY GAME JUST KEEPS RELOADING I HAVE TRIED TO REPORT IT BUT STILL NOTHING IT BEEN DOING THIS FOR 2 WEEKS I'M ABOUT DONE WITH THIS GAME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. My FF game keeps reloading the entire page. How do I fix this so I can play the game?

  5. I have been trying to get into my game also and can not. Yes I have tried everything on this page and nothing has worked. Although my farm is not too big this shouldn't even be an issue for playing the game! So on that note how can this problem be fixed?

    2. I'm having the same trouble. Game sticks in a bootloop and does not load. Cant click the report button at the bottom as it does not stay on screen long enough.

  7. I am having trouble accepting my game request for this game...the request box pops up but all it says is loading and I dont get anything else....help please!!!

  8. I can`t get my gifts from the inbox, the page and neighbors are not loading.
    I have tried all the suggestions on all the blogs and forums, like changing browsers, computers and downloading new versions of the player. I even tried system restore. nothing has worked. and you don`t have ANY contact info, there are no emails, links, or numbers to call to properly report the problem.

  9. I have friends that have sent items I have sent them requests for but I never received them. Example, Christmas tree decorations. I click and send a request for a wreath, they accept that request and send it to me, I never get it.
