The best way to accept presents, is through the little Request icon on the top right corner of your farm screen.
When you click this, the Gift Panel will open. It shows you
all presents that your neighbors have sent to you (as well as the gifts that
they want you to sent to them).
If neighbors have sent gifts to you, you can accept them by
clicking “Accept”. Your accepted gifts will appear in your Gift Box.
